Design Opportunities
Our state of the art CADKEY™, SOLIDWORKS™ and SURFCAM design systems allows the maximum in "Flexibility, Interoperability, and Value" for our staff and in turn our customers. The use of CADKEY™ enables us to import AutoCad™ *.dwg and *.dxf, IGES, STEP, ACIS SAT, CADKEY™ *.PRT, *.iges, and *.stl files. In addition we can export all of the previous formats plus Graphics, Uniplot, Windows Metafile™, and VRML files. SOLIDWORKS designs allow the fabrication of molded plastic equipment essential to biomedical applications.

CNC Machines and Capabilities
- 1 MT2000SZ 9 Axis integrated twin spindle machining center with 2½” diameter through the spindle. 15” maximum work piece swing diameter. 30” maximum work piece length. X, Y, Z motion travels of 22” x 6.2” x 42”. Full 4th “C” axis on both spindles. 240˚ B axis rotation on milling head. Magazine bar feed capable, and 12 station lower Turning turret all with live tooling capability.
- 6 Vertical CNC Machining Centers, with maximum X, Y, & Z travels of 47" x 23" x 23". 15,000 RPM, 30 HP Spindle and 4th Axis rotary table.
- 1 Wire EDM.
- 5 CNC Turning Centers. 20 HP with 10.3" x 20" capacity. 3 with Bar Feed Capability with 2⅝" Ø bar capacity.
- 1 2½ axis Vertical Bed style conversational CNC milling machine, X,Y travels of 29" x 19", 7.5 HP.
