Production Machining

Aerospace

Actuator arm for aircraft. Made from high strength aircraft grade alloy.	Actuator pin for aircraft. Turned and milled from forging to military specifications.	5-axis machined airframe structural component for the Boeing 787.
Hydraulic cylinder for aircraft application.	Custom hole saw for cutting specific size holes in airframe bulkheads.	Cylinder indexing tool for pneumatic motor.
Machined component for automated wing riveting equipment. Precision ground shank, sides, guideways, head base, and head length.	Hydraulic rod end with Spherical internal bearing surface.	Hydraulic rod end for threaded hydraulic actuator. Made from aluminum, plated and painted to aerospace specifications.

Automotive

Fire suppressant nozzle for automotive application. We had been able to manufacture the perforated & tapered tubes for early prototypes and production that the sheet metal forming suppliers had severe difficulty in duplicating.	Wheel spindle for the University of Washington SAE race car. PTI donated our machining services to the university for the SAE team for the past three years.	Housing, automotive application, airbag technology.
Prototype Tank section, machined from solid to simulate formed sheet metal for production evaluation.

Commercial

Rail car shipping hold down used to retain containers on the backs of flat bed rail cars.	Needle guide for pneumatic scaling gun. Manufactured complete at PTI, including all welding and forming operations.	Valve for hand-held pneumatic actuated equipment.
Scaling gun housing, turned, formed, and welded at PTI.	Custom wrench. Wratchet adaptor to male 12-point drive.
